First Choice Home Care Training

Our comprehensive training schedule offers new team members the opportunity to gain accredited care qualifications and qualified care workers to further enhance their career. Our First Choice Home Care training promotes our person-centred approach to care; and each qualification is backed by full assessment criteria. 

First Choice Home Care Certficate 

3 month in-house priority training program with hands-on support and full quality assured assessment:

Specialist Care Training

First Choice Home Care also provide specialist care training, expanding team members skills and meeting client specific needs. We are always looking to improve our standard of care.  All training takes place in our training facility at Snetterton and is quality assessed.

First Choice Home Care training is delivered by a practising healthcare professional, Kathy Chan with over xx years healthcare experience.


Level 2 and level 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care

We offer full training and support for existing carers and new carers to attain the recognised required qualification by The Quality Care Commission Diploma in Health & Social Care.  First Choice Home Care training promote career progression with existing carers gaining necessary quality assured qualifications to become a senior care worker.



Level 5 in Health & Social Care  

Accredited NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care may be obtained at First Choice Home Care training offering managerial and care skills. The qualification is available for existing team members to enhance their career path and is the UK industry standard for those looking to become a leader within health and social care services.
