Our comprehensive training schedule offers new team members the opportunity to gain accredited care qualifications and qualified care workers to further enhance their career. Our First Choice Home Care training promotes our person-centred approach to care; and each qualification is backed by full assessment criteria.

We offer full training and support for existing carers and new carers to attain the recognised required qualification by The Quality Care Commission Diploma in Health & Social Care. First Choice Home Care training promotes career progression with existing carers gaining necessary quality assured qualifications.

Accredited NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care may be obtained through First Choice Home Care's training, offering managerial and care skills. The qualification is available for existing team members to enhance their career path and is the UK industry standard for those looking to become a leader within health and social care services.
