Phil started First Choice Home Care back in 2012 with Marcus. Their aim was to provide exceptional domiciliary care throughout East Anglia, but knew that this started with caring firstly for their staff. Each member of the team is treated like an individual, this was key to their strategy to attracting new carers.
In his spare time, Phil enjoys unwinding on the golf course and spending quality time with his family.
